I have a confession to make... I am too attached to my phone. Technology has been very generous over the years with the ability to carry out even the most daunting of tasks with a breeze at the touch of our fingertips. However, it's a slippery slope - one minute you're ordering grocery deliveries online and the next you're mindlessly scrolling through social media for an hour. Sound familiar? If not, I applaud you! But if you are just like me, I encourage you to practice what we call "Miraval Mode" and tuck your phone away for a few hours. Start with making every meal time a no phone zone, and be present in the moment. The newest addition to our Camelback Team, Colby Hammond, experienced this firsthand after her first stay at the luxury wellness resort, Miraval Austin, last month.
